Members receive up to $15,000 if they are hospitalized as a result of an accident. If a member or his or her dependent experiences a covered Accident and is admitted to the hospital, the member will receive a $500 benefit per day for each day after a 3-day hospital stay. The maximum number of days to receive this benefit is 30 days per year. This benefit can be used towards the out pocket cost associated with a hospital confinement and is paid regardless of any other insurance the member has for the hospitalization.

Approximately $75,000 will be awarded this year to members and their immediate families, with the hope of increasing accessibility to advanced education.

FACT members, including spouses, domestic partner and dependent children, receive up to $25,000 in medical evacuation coverage as a part of their membership. If a member experiences an Accidental Bodily Injury, disease or illness and requires a Medical Evacuation while on a covered trip more than 100 miles from your primary residence that lasts no more than 180 days, coverage is provided for this emergency medical evacuation if ordered by a physician and approved and arranged by the carrier's Assistance Services Administrator. This coverage also includes a benefit for certain family travel expenses for up to 5 days incurred by an immediate family member if an insured person is confined to a hospital at least 75 miles from the permanent residence and the transportation arrangements are made by the Assistance Services Administrator.

The “Visions to Ventures” Project Grants are designed to provide financial support to FACT members for a variety of activities in the areas of community and small business projects.

FACT sponsors a program designed to get money promptly into the hands of affected members when a natural disaster occurs. The goal is to help with your basic needs during those trying days which immediately follow a natural disaster. Up to $250 may be paid without proof of loss … no forms to complete, no need to stand in a long line.

FACT's Small Business Recovery Program was developed to provide financial assistance to small businesses that have been adversely affected by a sudden problem which is beyond their own control.

The goal is to provide $250 in immediate aid to applicants who qualify ... without a lot of paperwork or red tape.

Although a small amount, it can sometimes be enough to hold off bankruptcy or to pay the one bill that threatens to push a business over the edge.

In the event of an emergency, an eligible FACT member can receive up to $200 for actual expenses incurred for the use of ground ambulance service. Reimbursement includes one trip per member per year -- to or from a hospital as a result of either accident or sickness.

FACT members receive discount coverage on their pets (dogs, cats, birds or exotics), covering thousands of medical problems and conditions related to accidents, emergencies, poisonings and illnesses (including cancer). This valuable (and hard-to-find) protection is made possible through special arrangement between FACT and Nationwide -- which is the oldest and largest provider of health insurance for pets in the United States.

Many pet parents don’t know that most of the medications their pets use are the same as people’s, potentially at the same or different dosage. This means that the prescription savings program included with your FACT Membership may also be used to fill your pet’s prescriptions.
