Medical Evacuation Insurance

FACT members, including spouses, domestic partner and dependent children, receive up to $25,000 in medical evacuation coverage as a part of their membership.

Enhanced In-Hospital Benefit

Members receive up to $15,000 if they are hospitalized as a result of an accident. If a member or his or her dependent experiences a covered Accident and is admitted to the hospital, the member will receive a $500 benefit per day for each day after a 3-day hospital stay. The maximum number of days to receive this benefit is 30 days per year. This benefit can be used towards the out pocket cost associated with a hospital confinement and is paid regardless of any other insurance the member has for the hospitalization.

FACT offers substantial savings to eligible members – and their families! – on a variety of dental services, including: Regular checkups, cleanings and fillings, Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry and MORE!

Classroom Grants

FACT Classroom Grants, ranging from $100 - $2,500 are available to assist teachers with worthy classroom projects, materials, etc.

Accidental Death Insurance

FACT members automatically receive $20,000 of Accidental Death insurance. Insurance is underwritten by Federal Insurance Company, a member insurer of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Approximately $75,000 will be awarded this year to members and their immediate families, with the hope of increasing accessibility to advanced education.

Small Business Recovery

FACT's Small Business Recovery Program was developed to provide financial assistance to small businesses that have been adversely affected by a sudden problem which is beyond their own control. The goal is to provide $250 in immediate aid to applicants who qualify ... without a lot of paperwork or red tape. Although a small amount, it can sometimes be enough to hold off bankruptcy or to pay the one bill that threatens to push a business over the edge.

Pet Medication Discounts

Many pet parents don’t know that most of the medications their pets use are the same as people’s, potentially at the same or different dosage. This means that the prescription savings program included with your FACT Membership may also be used to fill your pet’s prescriptions.

The “Visions to Ventures” Project Grants are designed to provide financial support to FACT members for a variety of activities in the areas of community and small business projects.

As many individuals find themselves in a time of change – in between jobs, retiring early, waiting for new health coverage to begin – FACT has contracted with Golden Rule Insurance Company, a UnitedHealthcare company, to offer its members Short Term MedicalSM plans. FACT knows that in times of change members might need temporary insurance

FACT members receive a 5% group discount on core Nationwide® policies, 10% if 2 or 3 pets are enrolled and 15% if you insure 4 or more pets. Covering thousands of medical problems and conditions related to accidents, emergencies, poisonings and illnesses (including cancer).

FACT sponsors a program designed to get money promptly into the hands of affected members when a natural disaster occurs. The goal is to help with your basic needs during those trying days which immediately follow a natural disaster. Up to $250 may be paid without proof of loss … no forms to complete, no need to stand in a long line.

Burnalong is an online health and wellness platform that offers FACT members access to 10,000+ instructors, as well as live and on-demand classes across 70+ categories- traditional fitness to nutrition, financial wellness, and adaptive workouts to chronic conditions and so much more.

Ambulance Reimbursement

In the event of an emergency, an eligible FACT member can receive up to $200 for actual expenses incurred for the use of ground ambulance service. Reimbursement includes one trip per member per year -- to or from a hospital as a result of either accident or sickness.
