Accident Insurance: Death and Dismemberment

Protect yourself and family from the unimaginable. FACT provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefits as a part of its membership. This coverage does not require a separate application. All FACT members are covered by this insurance policy. This coverage also applies to a FACT members’ spouse, domestic partner, and any dependent children.

Accidental Death:

FACT members automatically receive $20,000 of Accidental Death insurance. Insurance is underwritten by Federal Insurance Company, a member insurer of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Coverage becomes effective on the 1st day of the second month following the effective date of your FACT membership. (Example: If your membership effective date is September 30, your coverage becomes effective on November 1.)

There is nothing you need to do in order to receive the above coverage.

As a FACT member in good standing, this important coverage belongs to you.
